Experience Details PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Fund-Raising Excellence: Manager would be main responsible for the fund raising through various means. Recruit volunteers to join the GAT causes and events. Managing digital fundraising platform provided by GAT. Thriving to explore new ideas and opportunities for fund-raising. Motivating people to contribute either donation or providing volunteer time and efforts. Eventually, demonstrate the excellent fund-raising skills to take the GAT into new level of turnover. Meeting the target and KPIs. 2. Administrative Excellence: Maintaining all records of GAT office, maintaining all types of files up to the highest standard, ensuring that all policies and procedures are up to date and communicated properly with all stakeholders and donors. Archiving all media files. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our charity office. 3. Efficient Organization: Implement and enhance organizational systems, both digital in particular Office 365 [Teams, Forms, Share-points] and physical, to streamline operations. Keeping updated all the organizational information Maintaining all GAT administrative systems and equipment; Support maintaining website. Archiving previous paper-based documents in one drive. Maintaining GAT donor database systems. Oversee inventory and supplies, optimizing resources to maximize the impact of our charitable activities. 4. Donors engagement and feedback: Provide feedback to donors with a high standard as per their donation in varied projects. Attract and retain donors and GAT supporters. Build a strong relationship with all stakeholders. OTHER DUTIES 5. Carrying out any other duties reasonably determined by the GAT 6. Undertaking minutes of the GAT trustee meetings and others. 7. Working flexibly and undertake any other duties agreed between you and your direct line management. 8. Maintaining and develop organizational culture, values and reputation with all staff, associates and external stakeholders. 9. Attending staff and committee meetings when required. 10. Undertaking additional duties commensurate with the post as requested by the line manager. 11. Working hours will be agreed with the line manager which may include some evenings and weekends. 12. Be available for urgent events or meetings outside normal working hours.
